This place has a quiet setting in a nice area.The food as far Chinese food goes is nice. You take walk around downtown Saratoga after eating at Hong's Gourmet.

This is a very nice Chinese restaurant in a nice and relaxing area. The restaurant is clean and looks very upscale. The food and service are great. We like to eat here and then walk around downtown Saratoga and enjoy the quiet nice area.
